> This is a private 240 square foot King bed studio condo with a full private bathroom. You will have the entire place to yourself.

> Fresh towels; Please note, we are an Airbnb/vacation rental. We supply two sets of Fresh towels per stay, additional towels can be supplied at additional charge through my cleaning company. It requires at least a one-day notification. Charges vary depending on quantity. There is coin operated laundry room in the building if you need to do laundry.
> Keurig coffee machine with a couple of K-cups to start you out.

All you need are your clothes. If you need supplies, just walk across the street to the Publix supermarket. They even have prepared foods and wine.
Parking: Parking pass included for street parking
Important Note Regarding Cleaning; The cleaning charge is for the departure cleaning and does not include service during your stay. For your arrival your unit will be made up with clean sheets, towels, soaps and paper products. These are normally enough for a standard three to five day stay but may vary based on your individual needs. Because we are a vacation rental there is no maid, towel, sheet service or restocking of items. If additional paper products or supplies are needed there is a market across the street that you can pick some up. If you want additional cleanings, they can be arranged but will be at an additional charge. For your convenience there is a laundry room in the building and Publix shopping market across the street.
***Important Note; if you are staying more than seven days there will be additional cleaning charges based on the stay and your needs. Please discuss this with me in advance of booking.***

The front desk will have your information within one hour of making a reservation. They are open 24/7 for check in. Please let me know if you will be arriving after 11 pm to check in.
Additional notesThis is a small studio unit, 240 square feet. It is very comfortable but is a small private studio with a pool view. Our building is in a great location and this is a small and comfortable unit to crash in while you are visiting.
We are a block and a half from the beach on one of the most exclusive islands in the USA in a glorious 100 year old building. I bring this up because some people LOVE the price and location and then go "oh, this is really small" then they want to leave me a bad review. I chose this unit because it is cute and cozy and at the beach, I hope you find it that way too. Happy healthy and safe travels.
Parking: If you are driving and have a car we have valet parking that uses our town issued parking placard for street parking. Please ask for details regarding the use of the valet. The town does ticket and we are not responsible for tickets. Our building does not have dedicated parking and the only option is to park on the street.
***Please note, if the last guest did not return this Parking placard it will not be available. This reservation is NOT contingent on the availability of the parking placard***
Parking placards must be returned or there is a $200 replacement charged.
The Hotel was built in 1925, and as with any glorious old building there are sometimes issues. There is new management and a lot of new private investor/owners such as myself involved with the revitalization of this building.
Please bear with us during any minor inconveniences as we upgrade the building. On occasion there will be a water shutoff for an hour or two while the plumbing gets upgraded, there will be work being performed in the building as we upgrade. We are working as a group and are very interested in your comfort and also the preservation and retrofit of this gem of a building.
